By popular request, we are excited to be launching our edible wedding flowers class and Chef Amber’s freehand painting class. In this 3 day class, you will be able to learn the secrets to creating beautiful edible floral cakes with hand painted designs.

Day 1
Wedding flowers intensive - Wafer paper Peony and Ranunculus
Learn how to create realistic wafer paper peony and ranunculus. Wafer paper is drop proof, crack proof and safe to use in humid weather. The thin nature of wafer paper can create beautiful realistic flower petals.
What you will learn:
- How to handle wafer paper to create realistic flowers
- How to make peony
- How to make ranunculus
- Storage, tips and tricks to make your flowers realistic
Day 2
Wedding flowers intensive - Rose, David Austin Rose and foliage
Learn how to mix chef amber’s new creation Velvet Chocolate Paste to create realistic flowers which can be made even at an environment without aircon. Using 100% localised ingredients, this medium can be easily made at home.
What you will learn:
- How to make a david austin rose
- How to make classic rose
- How to make foliages and add a realistic look to it
- How to make Chef Amber’s new creation, Chocolate Velvet Paste
Day 3
Free hand painting class on a two tier fondant dummy cake to create a realistic floral look. Learn about how to use edible food coloring to create 100% free hand painted floral cakes, which can be applied to your caking techniques in the future, no printing, no stencil just pure techniques. Bring home a two tier dummy cake measuring 5”+7”
What you will learn:
- How to use freehand to paint on fondant
- How to control the medium and create beautiful floral painting
- Demonstrations on fondant cake wrapping and stacking and tips on storage of painted cakes
Using years of fine arts training, Chef Amber will guide you to create your own edible masterpiece.
Masterclass policy:
By signing up for our masterclass you are agreeing to the following policy.
a. Once booked, you are allowed to change the class date once if you were to inform our team a minimum of 7 days before the class commencement.
b. You are allowed to transfer the class to another person if you are unable to make it for the class.
c. No-shows for class is considered as forfeited, however you will still be entitled to join the class group chat and receive any photos/recipes in soft copy
d. In the unlikely event when the class is cancelled due to lack of participants, sick instructor or force majeure, you can select to either get back the class in full refund or transfer to your next convenient date.
e. Please show up 15 mins before class starts. The instructor has the rights to bar students who are more than 30 mins late from entering the class.
