Terms and Conditions:
By purchasing our cakes, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Cake orders must be placed minimum 5 days before for non custom designs (depending on the complexity), and one week before for customized designs.

For rush orders (cake orders placed less than 3 days before the delivery date), there will be a 30% surcharge on the price, and the delivery price will be $60.

Production of cake will only commence once full payment has been received.

For customized cakes, the confirmed design may be changed only once, and the change must be made a minimum of 14 days before the due date of the cake.

Refunds will strictly not be entertained, however shop credit may be provided (one year expiry) on a case by case basis strictly on the discretion of the management.

Yume Patisserie reserves the right to refuse any cake orders that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or too last minute.

Yume Patisserie reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of $10 for every change in logistic, timing and address
